Fulop Chain store ordinance designed to keep Jersey City 'desirable'

Jersey City&#8217s latest push to limit the expansion of chain stores in its Downtown area received approval form the city&#8217s planning board on Tuesday night, sending the proposed ordinance forward to the City Council.
