NAI Mertz to handle sale of 1M sq. ft. former Congoleum complex

Commercial real estate firm NAI Mertz said Thursday it has been named the exclusive sales agent for a 1 million-square-foot industrial complex in Hamilton that formerly housed the Congoleum Corporation.
