Tour offers look at Newark's past and future development

The tour was supposed to be by trolley but, at the zero hour, the transport was nowhere to be found. At the last minute, members of the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation, Choose NJ and the NJEDA arranged a shuttle from nearby Hotel Indigo to charter community leaders and investors around the city of Newark to get a firsthand view. . .
