Appeals court sends LG headquarters project back to Englewood Cliffs
A state appeals court Wednesday pumped the brakes on LG Electronics USA's proposed headquarters in the Palisades — initially planned to be 143 feet tall — on the grounds that an Englewood Cliffs zoning board decision that would have moved the 300 million project forward failed to consider the impact it would have on the surrounding. . .
