Pinnacle Foods completes tender offer to acquire Boulder Brands for 975M

Parsippany-based Pinnacle Foods Inc. announced Friday that it has completed its tender offer to buy Boulder, Colorado-based Boulder Brands Inc. for 11 per share, or approximately 975 million.
