EY signs lease at Hoboken's Waterfront Corporate Center

Global accounting firm EY has leased 168,000 square feet at SJP Properties' Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, cementing its closely watched plans to move more than a thousand employees across the Hudson River from its Times Square office.
