Unilever sells Englewood Cliffs HQ to OVG, Normandy will lease it back

Unilever NA has sold its U. S. headquarters building in Englewood Cliffs to a joint venture of OVG Real Estate and Normandy Real Estate Partners in a sale-leaseback deal, according to an announcement Wednesday.
