Ribbon-cutting held for opening of child care center in East Windsor

Lightbridge Academy owners and operators, East Windsor Township Mayor Janice S. Mironov and council members John Zoller and Alan Rosenberg, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of a child care center in East Windsor.
