Demand for office space in Central, North Jersey fell in Q4, two reports agree

Demand for office space in central and northern New Jersey saw an overall decrease in the fourth quarter of 2016, according to reports published by the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle research groups.
