HFF arranges financing for first phase of NJCU project

University Place, a joint venture between the Hampshire Cos. , Claremont Cos. and Circle Squared Alternative Investments in Jersey City, was able to obtain financing with the help of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, HFF recently announced.
