ELEC's Lalevee TTF should be just the start of more funding

When Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill appropriating 400 million for infrastructure maintenance, the Engineers Labor-Employer Cooperative, ELEC825, saw this move as step in the right direction for both the state's bridges and roads, and for the overall economy.
