Capodagli awarded key to Dover at long-awaited groundbreaking

Dover Mayor James Dodd and members of his administration joined George Capodagli and the Capodagli Property Co. last week to commemorate the start of construction of the Meridia Transit Plaza, a 57 million project in the heart of Dover.
