Zoning ordinance said big step in future of Newark sustainability
Sustainability as a tool for economic development was the main theme at the annual meeting of the New Jersey chapter of the US Green Building Council on Feb. 1 in Newark. Among the featured guests were Upendra Sapkota, acting director of the Economic and Housing Development office, and Natalie Agosto Filion, the office’s chief sustainability. . .
