48 million mixed-use building coming to Camden waterfront

Friday will mark the groundbreaking of Camden's 11 Cooper project, a 48 million mixed-use development that will bring 156 market-rate and affordable apartments, along with 5,000 square feet of street-level retail space, to the city waterfront.
