Denholtz inks lease with Thal MoldBuilding in Clark

Denholtz Associates announced Wednesday a new lease with Thal MoldBuilding LLC for 10,051 square feet of commercial space at their Clark Commercial Center in Clark to bring the portfolio to full occupancy.
