Denholtz negotiates lease expansion with IT firm at Orlando flex building

Privately held real estate development firm Denholtz Associates, based in Matawan, announced a lease expansion with Bluestream Professional Services for an additional 10,000 square feet of industrialflex space at the Cypress Industrial Park, at 9500 Satellite Blvd. in Orlando, Fla.
