Spa chain, bagel shop lease space at Livingston shopping center

A family-owned bagel shop and a national spa franchise have leased a combined 4,800 square feet at The Village in Livingston, a 93,000-square-foot shopping center developed and managed by Eastman Cos. , the real estate firm announced.
