It was late 2013 when David Massoni, Dale Talde and John Bush could be seen camped out near the Grove Street PATH station in Jersey City, counting how many people came off the train, studying who they were and paying attention to where they ended up. It was all part of a fact-finding mission as they mulled whether to open a restaurant in the city. . .
