CitiBay begins construction of Ironbound mixed-use project

After more than two years awaiting final approvals, CitiBay has begun construction of a mixed-use building on Newark&#8217s New York Avenue. The design by Martin Architectural Group utilized the space where an abandoned warehouse once stood, at 360 New York Ave. , and will house 100 units and a day care center.
