New price-per-unit benchmark reached in East Orange

Commercial real estate firm Gebroe-Hammer Associates said it has set a new per-unit-price benchmark with the sale of a luxury high-rise at 75 Prospect St. , known as the Castle on Prospect, in East Orange.
