Kushner invests in Jersey City public plaza, city continues development plans
When Jonathan Kushner of Kushner Real Estate KRE and National Real Estate Advisors decided 10 years ago to build the Journal Squared complex, which is next to the Journal Square PATH station in Jersey City, they planned for more than a new structure in a new neighborhood.
