Steinbridge Group announces urban single family investment strategy

New York-based private investment firm Steinbridge Group announced Thursday plans to focus its 425 million fund in acquisitions and refurbishments of single-family and small multifamily residences in urban markets throughout northern New Jersey, New York City's outer boroughs, Baltimore and Chicago, to name a few.
