Blue Onyx opens East Orange apartment building

Real estate development and management firm Blue Onyx recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its 75-unit building, 18 Summit St. , in East Orange. The firm said leasing is well underway, with first occupants moving into the property in May.
