Delco Development breaks ground on first multifamily project

Pennsauken Mayor Betsey McBride joined the Delco Development team at the groundbreaking ceremony for its 204-unit first phase of the Haddon Point apartment complex at 2100 Haddonfield Rd. on Wednesday.
