CIS opens age-restricted housing project in Oakhurst
Multifamily developer Community Investment Strategies was joined by local and state officials at its ribbon-cutting ceremony for Heritage Village at Oakhurst. The firm opened its affordable, age-restricted housing community last Friday in Ocean Township.
